Our best bet for healthy aging is to escape the flawed health care system. It makes disease treatment more profitable than prevention. It neglects aging as a treatable cause of diseases. It is focused on evidence-based, personalized lifestyle medicine for lifelong health. Delivered by a feisty public health scientist.
